Are your sheets soft?

Our products are not artificially softened because they are crafted with extra-long, hand-picked Egyptian Cotton fibers that are delicately spun into strong, smooth yarn to weave the most luxurious, and soft sheets and duvet covers. Pure Parima sateen products are soft, smooth, and silky to the touch, bringing the calmness of clouds to ensure your best sleep.

Do you have a warranty?

We offer a 100 Night Risk-Free Trial, which allows you to return any Pure Parima product(s) for up to 100 Nights after you receive them. If our care instructions are followed properly, your Pure Parima products will last you a very long time!

Which of your products are covered by a warranty?

We stand behind the quality of our materials and the craftsmanship of our products. All of our products are covered by our 100 Night Trial.

Where are your bedding products made?

Our products are designed in New Jersey, where we are proudly headquartered. We purchase pure 100% Egyptian cotton from Egypt and our fabric is woven and crafted in Pakistan by skilled artisans and master tailors.

Do your products go through an extensive finishing process?

All of our products are made using high-quality raw materials so we don't compensate with special finishes to create a nice hand-feel; 100% Egyptian Cotton in a sateen weave is naturally soft, smooth, and silky to the touch.

Why are you called Pure Parima?

Parima was a soon to be college grad when news broke that major retailers were selling bed sheets falsely labeled as 100% Egyptian cotton in order to mark up prices. Shocked by the scandal, she set out to provide luxurious bedding made with quality materials at a fair price. Pure Egyptian cotton, pure transparency, Pure Parima.

Should I launder my new bedding prior to use?

While our sheets do get softer with each wash, they are already incredibly soft when they arrive, so the choice to launder your new bedding before use is entirely up to you!

What laundry care products do you recommend?

We recommend using cold water with a mild, biodegradable liquid detergent to wash your Pure Parima bedding. When cleaning Egyptian cotton, less is more! We recommend avoiding fabric softeners, chlorinated bleach, and harsh detergents. For best results, air dry your bedding if possible or tumble dry on low. Do your sheets wrinkle?

We don't artificially de-wrinkle our fabrics because we are OEKO-Tex Certified, which means our products are free of harmful chemicals or substances so you and your family can enjoy sleeping on the softest sheets worry-free. We guarantee our bedding is made from natural 100% Egyptian Cotton so when it comes to wrinkling, prevention is key rather than cure. To avoid wrinkles we recommend removing your sheets from the dryer just before its completely dry and putting them immediately back on the bed. This way you will ensure that your sheets will dry without shrinking and keep them wrinkle-free.

Are the bedding colors on your site true?

We strive to take the best quality photos of our products. However, photos may not be an actual representation of colors due to differences in computer monitor settings. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about color before purchasing, our customer care members have swatches on hand at all times and can help with all of your color-matching needs!

Are the bedding sizes listed the exact measurements?

All of our products are created and based around industry standards. However, please check for exact measurements by clicking on the size guide listed on each individual product listing!
 
What thread count is your sheets?
Through our research and experience, Pure Parima has found thread count is not an indicator of quality. It’s actually an old marketing gimmick used by companies to increase their prices without actually creating a better quality product. Can I order swatches?

Yes! Please email Customer Care with your name and address. A swatch book of our Sateen fabric in all colors will be sent via USPS postal mail for free! Please note, we can only send Swatch Books to U.S. shipping addresses at this time.

Does Pure Parima offer coupons, rebates or promotions?

Any and all coupons or discounts offered by Pure Parima will be advertised on the front page or announcement bar, so be sure to check there! Any discounts or promotions will apply only while supplies last or until the end of the date listed on the promotional sale.

Is it secure to enter my personal information on your site?

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I change or cancel an order once it has been placed?

At Pure Parima, we understand that your time is valuable which is why all orders placed are sent directly to the warehouse to be fulfilled as soon as possible. If for any reason you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us via phone immediately so that we are able to accommodate your request. Are promotional items returnable?

Promotional items are returnable if they are not marked as "Final Sale." Please be sure to check the product description of that item to see if it is marked as "Final Sale." Final Sale items are clearance products that are not returnable or covered under our 100 Night Risk-Free trial due to the last chance discounted rates.

Can I receive a price match or refund on a previous purchase made with the current promotional sale price?

We do not price match previous purchases made through PureParima.com or any other platform.

Can I apply a code on promotional items or bundles?

All bundles and promotional items are priced as low as possible for the best deal! Due to the nature of our rigorous sales and discounts, an additional sale code or promo cannot be combined with bundles or promotional sale items.

What do I do if I received the wrong item?

Shipping Information

When will my order ship?

We proudly ship within 24 hours on weekdays and within 48 hours on weekends, unless stated otherwise. We also only sell what we have in stock and is ready to ship within 24 to 48 hours so you don’t have to worry about ordering back ordered or out of stock items. Please note orders placed with priority shipping still require a 24 hour processing time on weekdays and 48 hour processing time on weekends.

All orders shipped by priority mail will be delivered 1 to 3 business days after our standard processing time. All orders placed on weekdays require a 24 hour processing time and orders placed on weekends require a 48 hour processing time. Priority shipping time depends on your shipping location. We ship from New Jersey; please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Complimentary standard shipping is provided at checkout, which is 5 to 7 business days. Please note we cannot guarantee orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be shipped within 24 hours, but rather the following Monday.

Do you ship outside of the contiguous United States?

Pure Parima offers complimentary shipping to all orders shipped to the contiguous 48 United States. We also offer standard international shipping for all orders placed in the noncontiguous states, domestic territories outside of the contiguous United States. Do you ship to Canada?

We apologize for the inconvenience as we are not shipping to Canada at this time.

What kind of packaging will my order be shipped in?

All Pure Parima products come in a custom reusable pouch, which holds your Pure Parima bedding! The pouch is then placed into a reusable and recyclable white box and hand-tied delicately with a beautiful ribbon. This box is then placed into a recyclable box for shipping.
 
Please note only orders with sheet or duvet cover sets arrive in our signature gift packaging. Pillowcase sets, separates, and decorative pillows will be shipped as normal. Sheet & duvet cover sets will arrive packaged together in a double tiered signature gift box. If you have any custom packaging requests, please contact us prior to shipment so we may accommodate your request in a timely manner.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

Orders placed with complimentary standard shipping are shipped via UPS or USPS. All orders placed with priority mail is shipped priority USPS or UPS. Please note some shipping carriers do not ship to PO boxes. If your order was placed to ship to a PO Box, it will be shipped via USPS.
