Does Pure Parima offer sales, rebates or promotions?
We typically hold two major semi-annual sales per year, during Memorial Day weekend and Black Friday/Cyber Monday. Any and all coupons, discounts or clearance items offered by Pure Parima will be advertised on the front page, pop-up or announcement bar, so be sure to check there! Any discounts or promotions will apply while supplies last or until the end of the date listed on the promotional sale. We do not price match purchases made before or after our sales events. Promotional items are covered under our 100 Night Risk-Free trial unless it is marked as final sale, which may not be returned. We are not required to honor third-party codes or promotions.
Can I receive a price match or refund on a previous purchase made with the current promotional sale price?
We do not price match previous purchases made through PureParima.com or any other platform.
Can I apply a code on promotional items or bundles?
All bundles and promotional items are priced as low as possible for the best deal! Due to the nature of our rigorous sales and discounts, an additional sale code or promo cannot be combined with bundles or promotional sale items.
Can I order swatches?
Yes! Please email with your name and address. A complimentary swatch book of our 400 Thread Count Sateen fabric in all colors will be sent via USPS postal mail for free! Please note, we can only send Swatch Books to U.S. shipping addresses at this time. We are working on adding Ultra Percale & Triple Luxe Sateen fabrics to our swatch books but it is not available at this time.
Is it secure to enter my personal information on your site?
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most credit cards and payment services such as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Don't see your payment method? Let us know and a customer care member will assist you!
How do I change the shipping address on my order?
At Pure Parima, we understand that your time is valuable which is why all orders placed on business days are sent directly to the warehouse to be fulfilled as soon as possible. If for any reason you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us via email or phone immediately so that we are able to accommodate your request. If your purchase has already been shipped, We’re available via phone Monday through Friday, 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. at 609-917-7755 or contact us here and we’ll reply as soon as we can!
Can I edit or exchange my order?
Please contact us here immediately and we will try our best to accommodate your request if your order has not been shipped yet. If your purchase has already been fulfilled, you may wait to receive it and return any item(s) you do not wish to keep by visiting our returns center here.
What do I do if I received the wrong item?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, please contact us immediately here within 7 days. Please include your order number and a description of the items you received in your message and we will get back to you as soon as possible! Please note, we may ask for images if clarification is necessary to ensure we send the right item.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed on Monday through Friday before 2pm EST will be fulfilled within 24 hours, unless specified otherwise by our announcement bar. During inclement weather or major sales event, this processing time is subject to change. Orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday will be fulfilled the following Monday. Please note orders placed with priority shipping (1 to 3 business days) still requires a standard processing time.
I placed an order with priority shipping, when will I receive it?
All orders shipped by priority mail will be delivered 1 to 3 business days after our standard processing time. All orders placed on business days require a 24 hour processing time and orders placed on Friday after 2pm EST will be fulfilled the following Monday. Priority shipping time depends on your shipping location. We ship from New Jersey; please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Complimentary standard shipping is provided at checkout, which is 5 to 7 business days.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
Orders placed with complimentary standard or priority shipping is shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx. All orders placed with a P.O. Box shipping address will be shipped via USPS.
Where is my order shipping from?
Your order will be hand-wrapped with care and shipped from New Jersey, where we are proudly headquartered!
Do you ship outside of the contiguous United States?
Pure Parima offers complimentary shipping to all orders shipped in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also offer standard international shipping for orders shipped to U.S. domestic territories outside of the contiguous United States. Subscribe for Pure Parima newsletters to be notified as we continue to expand our shipping worldwide!
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we currently offer standard economy shipping at checkout for $65, this one-time fee covers the cost of shipping, duty and fees. Our Canadian customers will not have to pay any additional fees upon delivery as your one-time shipping payment covers it.
Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, we currently offer USPS Priority Mail for APO addresses at checkout. Please note orders shipped to APO will be fulfilled by USPS only.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently offer standard economy shipping at checkout for $79 to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Singapore, Spain, New Zealand, U.S. Outlying Islands and United Arab Emirates. This one-time fee covers the cost of shipping, duty and fees. Our international customers will not have to pay any additional fees upon delivery as your one -time shipping payment covers it.
What kind of packaging will my order be shipped in?
All Pure Parima sets come in a custom reusable pouch, which holds your Pure Parima bedding! The pouch is then placed into a reusable and recyclable white box and hand-tied delicately with a beautiful ribbon. This box is then placed into a recyclable box for shipping.
Please note only orders with sheet or duvet cover sets arrive in our signature gift packaging. Pillowcase sets, separates, and decorative pillows will be shipped as normal. Orders placed with multiple sets will be packaged together in a double-tiered signature gift box. If you would like your sheet or duvet cover sets to be placed in single signature gift boxes, please contact us prior to placing your order.
If you would like to request custom packaging, please contact us prior to placing your order so we may determine if we can accommodate your request in a timely manner.
How do I return an item?

What is your return policy?
At Pure Parima, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason your order did not work out, we are more than happy to accommodate your return request. Please review our full policy for more details before initiating your return request at our returns center.
Are promotional items returnable?
Promotional items marked as final sale, as noted in the product description, is not returnable. Final sale items are clearance products that are not returnable or covered under our 100 Night Risk-Free trial.
Can I customize a set with another size, color or item?
At this time, we cannot offer the ability to customize a set as it is pre-bundled. You are welcome to purchase any available separates found here to accommodate your size, color or item customization request. For example, we cannot swap out King Shams for Standard Shams in a King Duvet Cover set. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
Where are your products made?
Our products are designed in New Jersey, where we are proudly headquartered. We purchase pure 100% Egyptian cotton from Egypt and send that fabric to be woven and crafted into beautiful sheets by skilled artisans and master tailors in Pakistan.
What is the difference between sateen and percale?
Yarn can be woven into different weave patterns, which results in a different feel, finish and look. Fabrics woven with a 3-under-1-over pattern is called sateen and is generally soft, silky and smooth. Percale is woven with a 1-under-1-over pattern, which results in a matte, crisp and cooling fabric. Learn more about weave patterns here.
What is the thread count of your sheets?
At Pure Parima we don’t believe thread count is the ultimate indicator of quality, rather the quality of cotton is more important when choosing the right set for you. All thread counts are listed on the product page under the Details tab for transparency, but we recommend visiting our article Behind the Thread Count to learn more.
Which certifications do your products have?
Do your sheets wrinkle?
Our products are certified by OEKO-TEX® for our use of non-harmful chemicals, we do not artificially treat our sheets with anti-wrinkling chemicals or artificial softeners. We believe 100% Egyptian cotton, kept in it’s pure and natural state, is perfectly ultra-soft, smooth and luxurious. Due to this, natural cotton fabrics can wrinkle more than artificial wrinkle-resistant sheets. We recommend practicing preventative care to ensure your bedding is wrinkle-free! How deep is your fitted sheet pockets?
Our fitted sheets feature a deep 18” pocket, which will work for mattresses 10” to 20” tall when stretched. We created fitted sheets to accommodate most mattresses and mattress toppers found on the market, so we made sure to include a 360 degree durable elastic, a deep 18” fitted pocket and additional elastic straps on all 4 corners to ensure your sheets won’t budge!
How do I wash or dry my Pure Parima bedding?
We recommend washing Egyptian cotton fabrics in cold water with a mild, liquid biodegradable detergent without the use of bleach or powerful stain removers as this can stain the sheets. If your bedding is particularly soiled, you may use warm water. Once washed, gently shake and unravel before line-drying or inserting into dry. Line-drying is recommended but if not, using low heat on a permanent press or delicate cycle is also acceptable to ensure the heat does not damage or shrink the natural fibers of your sheets.

What is ShopPay?
Installments by ShopPay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest. Simply select ShopPay as your payment option at checkout - first-time customers will need to register with ShopPay and provide payment details, as usual. Returning customers simply log in to their ShopPay account when prompted to make their purchase.
