When will my order ship?
Orders placed on Monday through Friday before 2pm EST will be fulfilled within 24 hours, unless specified otherwise by our announcement bar. During inclement weather or a major sales event, this processing time is subject to change. Orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday will be fulfilled the following Monday. Please note orders placed with priority, express or expedited shipping still requires a standard processing time.
I placed an order with priority, express or expedited shipping, when will I receive it?
All orders shipped via priority mail will be delivered in 3 business days or less after our standard processing time. All orders shipped via express or expedited mail will be delivered in 1 to 2 business days after our standard processing time. All orders placed on business days require a 24-hour processing time and orders placed on Friday after 2 pm EST will be fulfilled the following Monday. Priority shipping time depends on your shipping location. We ship from New Jersey; please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Complimentary standard shipping is provided at checkout, which is 5 to 7 business days.
I preordered an item, when will I receive it?
Preordered items will ship as soon as they become available. Estimated ship dates can be found on the product page and in your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your item ships. Please note that while we do our best to provide accurate restock estimates, dates may be subject to change due to production or transit delays beyond our control.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
Orders with complimentary Standard, Priority, Express, or Expedited Shipping are shipped via FedEx or UPS. International orders may be shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. All orders placed with a P.O. Box or APO shipping address will be shipped via USPS.
Where is my order shipping from?
Your order will be hand-wrapped with care and shipped from New Jersey, where we are proudly headquartered!
Do you ship outside of the contiguous United States?
Pure Parima offers complimentary shipping to all orders less than 49lbs shipped in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also offer standard international shipping for orders shipped to U.S. domestic territories outside of the contiguous United States. Subscribe for to our newsletters to be notified as we continue to expand our shipping worldwide!
Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, we currently offer USPS Priority Mail for APO addresses at checkout. Please note orders shipped to APO will be fulfilled by USPS only.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we currently offer standard economy shipping for $79 USD on orders 49 lbs or less and $149 USD on orders 50–100 lbs at checkout to the following southern Canadian provinces: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island. For northern Canadian territories, standard economy shipping is $169 USD on orders 49 lbs or less and $269 USD on orders 50–100 lbs at checkout. This one-time fee covers shipping and duties, so our Canadian customers will not have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently offer standard economy shipping for $79 on orders 49lbs and less at checkout to the following countries: France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom, Singapore, U.S. Outlying Islands, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, Italy, Spain, Denmark, New Zealand, Switzerland, Portugal and the U.S. Outlying Islands. For Australia, the standard economy shipping at checkout is $99 USD on orders 49lbs or less. This one-time fee covers the cost of shipping, duty, and fees. Our international customers will not have to pay any additional fees upon delivery as your one-time shipping payment covers it. Please note, we do not accept international returns at this time. Any packages weighing more than 49lbs will see a new, calculated shipping cost at checkout.
What kind of packaging will my order be shipped in?
Most Pure Parima sets come in a custom, reusable dust pouch, which holds your Pure Parima essentials! Sets are hand-wrapped with a beautiful ribbon in a reusable and recyclable gift box. This gift box is then placed into a recyclable box for shipping.
Please note only orders with sheet or duvet cover sets arrive in our signature gift packaging. Orders placed with multiple sets will be packaged together in a double-tiered signature gift box. If you would like your sheet or duvet cover sets to be placed in single signature gift boxes, please contact us prior to placing your order.
