Pure Parima guarantees pillows, duvet inserts and mattress toppers to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 YEARS IN ACCORDANCE WITH PROPER CARE AS OUTLINED IN OUR CARE GUIDE.  Please be advised PROPER CARE includes the use of a duvet cover with your insert, a pillow protector with your pillow, and a fitted sheet over your topper as the case may be, and is required to maintain your warranty.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: (a) reduction in loft of filling material over time, (b) product that is not cleaned in accordance with Pure Parima’s care instructions, or (c) product that is used without a protective covering. Damage resulting from abuse or improper care, or normal wear and tear is not covered. Items must be free of stains, and labels must NOT be removed. Proof of purchase is required to validate warranty.
