Do your sheets wrinkle?
We don't artificially de-wrinkle our fabrics because we are OEKO-Tex Certified, which means our products are free of harmful chemicals or substances so you and your family can enjoy sleeping on the softest sheets worry-free. We guarantee our bedding is made from natural 100% Egyptian Cotton so when it comes to wrinkling, prevention is key rather than cure. To avoid wrinkles we recommend removing your sheets from the dryer just before its completely dry and putting them immediately back on the bed. This way you will ensure that your sheets will dry without shrinking and keep them wrinkle-free.

WASHING
Proper care of your bedding is the key to the longevity and look of your luxury bedding. Here are our tips on how to wash your bedding to keep it looking fresh and beautiful during every wash.
Separate like colors, whites, and dark colors and make sure to only wash one unfolded bedding set at a time. Overfilling your washer will not allow your bedding to be evenly washed. Turn pillowcases and duvet covers inside out prior to washing, ensuring that all zippers are closed. Use cold water with a mild, biodegradable liquid detergent to wash your Pure Parima bedding. If necessary, use stronger detergent and warm water to wash stained or soiled bedding. Avoid fabric softeners, chlorinated bleach, and harsh detergents as these agents may weaken fibers, cause discoloration, and impact the longevity of the natural Egyptian cotton fibers and cause it to lose its beautiful shine and silky smoothness over time.
DRYING
Refrain from using high heat on Egyptian cotton fabrics, as it can weaken the fibers and increase shrinkage. Prior to drying, make sure to gently shake out and unravel any bedding to minimize wrinkles in the drying process. Line-drying your linens should be utilized to avoid wrinkles and protect your bedding: however, if necessary, using a low-heat setting on your dryer such as delicate or permanent press will also work.
Similar to washing, avoid overloading your dryer and remove your bedding as soon as possible so it may remain smooth and wrinkle-free. When closing or opening the duvet cover after drying, slowly and gently fasten your zipper to avoid breakage.
IRONING
For wrinkle-free bedding, use your iron on the cotton setting. Check your device for any browning prior to ironing as this may transfer onto your bedding. Avoid ironing directly onto zippers and metal enclosures. To remove tough wrinkles, use the steam setting on your iron or a spray bottle filled with water. Spray directly onto the wrinkle and re-iron the area until it is fully dry and smooth. To preserve stitching and embroidery, reverse the bedding and use a cloth or towel underneath to iron on.
STORING
Natural fibers such as Egyptian cotton need to breathe: store bedding in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Bedding stored long-term is best wrapped in the original Pure Parima fabric pouch provided and then placed in plastic bags or boxes to avoid permanent yellowing or outside dirt or odors from seeping in.
STAINS
Take care of stains before they are able to set in. If you are able to get spills while wet, they are removed easier. Test your cleaner prior to use to ensure it’s safe to use on Egyptian cotton fabrics.
Use these special tips for stain removal and then launder as usual. Do not dry or iron if the stain remains - treat stains until they disappear.
Candle Wax: Scrape off as much of the wax as possible with the dull side of a knife, then iron between absorbent paper, changing the paper until wax is absorbed.
Coffee, Tea, Soda: Soak in hot water and pre-wash with stain remover. Repeat soaking process as needed, using fresh hot water and a stain remover.
White Wine: Rinse with Club Soda and pat the stain out against a clean white terry towel.
Red Wine: Cover with salt, then rinse with cool water. Repeat as needed with fresh cool water.
Oils: Blot while still wet, then pre-treat with stain remover or liquid laundry detergent.
Grease: Sprinkle with cornstarch or baking soda and allow to sit so the powder soaks up the grease. After the powder thickens, scrape away and repeat the process as needed. Be sure to brush off any remaining powder before laundering.
Meat Juice or Tomato Juice: Rinse with cool water—never hot—and blot with a clean white terry towel.
Ink: Hold stain against a clean white terry towel and spray closely from behind with aerosol hair spray. Ink should transfer to the towel. Repeat as needed with clean portions of the towel, then launder.

Behind Egyptian Cotton
Behind Egyptian Cotton
Pure authentic Egyptian Cotton is only found in the Nile River Valley, the only place Certified Egyptian Cotton is grown! Egyptian Cotton is the rarest in the world, making up only 1% of the world's cotton.
The Nile River Valley in Egypt is an "oasis in the desert". The soil is rich with vitamins supplied by the Nile River which helps Egyptian Cotton fibers grow longer and stronger. Egyptian Cotton also requires a stable climate; Egypt provides consistently warm temperatures during July and August, ensuring the cotton is ready to be hand-picked in September and October.

Extra-Long Cotton Staples
You've probably been reading about long and extra-long staple fibers, but why do they matter? To create yarn, cotton fibers are lined up and spun together. The longer the fibers, the fewer the breaks. Fewer breaks leads to stronger a fabric that pills less.
Short Cotton Staples
When cotton fibers are short, there are many more breaks in the yarn is spun. These breaks are prone to fraying and pilling and ultimately decrease the durability of the fabric. You should avoid short-staple or blended cottons if you're looking for quality cotton products.
