At PUREPARIMA we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, if for whatever reason your purchase did not work out we are happy to refund your order.
PUREPARIMA accepts new and unused online purchases within 30 days from the date of delivery. No returns after 30 days of your delivery date.

Returns are fully refunded in the original payment form, excluding any shipping and handling costs that may have been charged.
If your bedding is damaged or you simply received the wrong Item, please call us at 609-917-2677 or email us at email@example.com within 7 days of your delivery for a replacement or refund.
If you were the recipient of a product as a gift, returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date and refunds shall be issued in the form of store credit only.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
Please note: Please repack all PUREPARIMA products in the original package they were received in as best as possible. Return Authorization numbers must be posted on the outside.
We will then issue you an email with a prepaid label to you so you may return the item.
Once we receive the Item in the original condition, your payment will refunded in the original way it was received.
We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear or discoloration due to wash or bleach. We cannot accept returns due to damage caused by washing machines, irons, steamers or dry cleaners.
